Bob Van Houten – Owner
Bob has been in the construction business since 1974.
For 17 years he headed all kinds of commercial projects like hospitals and remodeling grocery stores. A good example would be the remodel of 6 – 5 story dormitories at Cornell University.
Included with his purchase of a NY excavation and construction company, came an involvement with the largest drain cleaning company in the world Roto-Rooter. He led a this franchise for 4 counties.
In 1996 Bob brought his extensive experience to Moore County NC. After 1.5 years of being the superintendent of Camp Easter Road Nursing Home build, he started BVH Construction.
He and his wife live in Seven Lakes. They have one daughter and two grand kids. He enjoys to traveling, hunting, golf and fishing.
After 40+ years of experience in both commercial and residential building, Bob will be happy to work with you and provide the Dream Home you have always desired.
Brad Barrett – Project Manager & Estimate Specialist
Brad looks back on 20 years of military experience. He served as a medic in the United States Army. After tours in Germany, Korea, Iraq and Saudi Arabia he retired in 2011.
After working in the Asheboro NC Hospital until 2015, Brad graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Everglades University.
Brad is married and has two children, he enjoys hunting and fishsing.
